Hartgen Joins AdvaMed as VP of State and Regional

Prior to joining AdvaMed, Hartgen was director of legislative and regulatory affairs for National Strategies, Inc., where she was responsible for managing the firm’s state government advocacy initiatives and grasstops development. Hartgen also has worked as a senior state government affairs executive at Allergan, Cendant Corporation, Kmart, and the American Council of Life Insurers. Hartgen earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Michigan State University.
She recently served on the Board of Directors of the State Government Affairs Council ( SGAC ) and was a U.S. delegate to Australia with the American Council of Young Political Leaders ( ACYPL ).
