Message of Mr. Subrata Roy Sahara ‘Saharasri’ on the formation of Congress led government in the Center

Mr. Subrata Roy Sahara, Managing Worker and Chairman, Sahara India Pariwar, on the success of the Congress party in the election said, “I congratulate Dr. Manmohan Singh and Congress Party on the formation of the new government and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi for this unprecedented success. The electorate has voted for stability and hence for unhindered development. This odes well for the nation. In these recessionary times which the world is seeing, the country requires a progressive, prudent and a visionary leadership of intellect like that of Dr. Manmohan Singh. The election results should also be seen as a mandate of the nation in favour of youth and honest ground level polity reflected in the electorate's response to the efforts of Rahul Gandhi, which should also be lauded. The government on its part, should work to generate employment opportunities and focus of infrastructure development of the nation.”
